  • Adult Private Swim Lesson 45min

    Our Adult Lessons offer a supportive and encouraging environment where you can learn grow. We know that life gets busy and it’s hard to squeeze everything in all at once this 45mins class is just like the 1 hour class giving you an option in your schedule because we know that life gets busy.

  • Teens 13-18 Private Lesson 45mins Private

    Our Private 45min session with your teenager will assist in learning how to be safe in and around water. Making sure they learn how to save them self in worse case scenario situation. We will also help them refining skills or learn new skills altogether. We want to make sure that your teen leaves swim lessons transformed inspired and safe.

  • Teens 13-18 Semi Private Swim Lessons 45mins

    Our Semi Private 45min session is a great for your teenager to have a buddy in same skill level to learn and grow together. We will assist them in learning how to be safe in and around water. Making sure they learn how to save them self in worse case scenario situation. We will also help them refining skills or learn new skills altogether. We want to make sure that your teen leaves swim lessons transformed inspired and safe.

  • ASA (After School Activities)

    We are excited that you signed for ASA Outdoors. Your teen will be learning proper motor skills for any sport, building stamina, and overall strength training with a blend of physical education along side fun activities. We also include the importance of healthy eating for optimum health such as staying away from processed food, increase intake of water than sugary drinks and juice etc.

    With ASA Outdoors our team is trained in injury prevention. We want to assure the safety of every teen that joins this program. We report all minor or major injuries to parents via email, phone or in person meetings. We want to ensure safety first while enjoying each session. Stretching before a session is highly recommended for injury prevention. Each class will include 10min stretching in beginning of class and 5mins at the end.

    Fit with Faith is more than just a fitness program—it's a journey of transformation for body and spirit. Our unique approach combines in-person workouts, motivational coaching, and prayer sessions, all designed to empower you to reach your full potential. Thoughtout your workout session biblical scripture will be used and prayer before and after sessions.
